We’ll help you create a legacy to share with future generations.
Created by Minneapolis resident and Senior Living Consultant, Melissa Fritz, Inside Senior Living (ISL) is a compelling new docu-series in search of eight Minnesota families to be featured in our inaugural season. ISL takes you on a journey into the lives of seniors and their families as they navigate the intricate landscape of aging and make vital decisions about their living arrangements.
Co-Produced by Emmy-Award-Winning, PBS North, our team is committed to showcasing a diverse array of situations and families with dignity and respect as they experience this meaningful and challenging part of life. The tentative release date is early 2025.
CASTING CONSIDERATIONS:
+Ideal candidates: Seniors, caregivers, and/or adult children of seniors struggling to remain independent or looking for options in the future.
+Willing to receive personalized help from our host and supportive team.
+Be pro-active, engaging, reliable and very comfortable sharing their personal story.
+Support on-location production (4-5 days total) spread out between February and June 2024.
+Provide family photos, collectables, memorabilia, etc….
+Participate in pre-production orientation and training.
+Engage in social media coverage and media events.
+Agree to be compensated a total of $2,000.

+All applicants will be reviewed by ISL/PBSN production staff and receive feedback.
+If appropriate, a follow up zoom meeting and home visit will be scheduled.
+Final selections will be made in February 2024.
+Applying doesn’t guarantee that your family will be selected to be part of the ISL series.
